Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for international orders
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Not completely in love with your purchase? No problem! Our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to exchange or return items that don’t meet your expectations.
Return Policy Details
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear & Nightwear (all items)
- Swimwear (unless the hygienic liner is completely intact)
- Jewellery & Watches (due to personal wear considerations)
Style Tip: Try swimwear over your own undergarments and keep all protective liners in place if considering a return.

Once approved:- US customers: You’ll receive a prepaid return label
- International customers: Use original packaging and ship to:

- We process returns within 3 business days of receipt

Refund Details
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Free shipping promotions will have return shipping deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
Global trendsetters should note:
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL/FedEx)
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Include all original paperwork
- We don’t refund original international shipping costs or any return shipping fees
