Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for obvious reasons)
  • Swimwear (unless the hygienic liner is intact)
  • Jewellery & Watches (due to personal wear considerations)
Pro Tip: Try on swimwear over your own undergarments and keep all protective liners in place if considering a return.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve your experience)
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Return Request Template: Subject: Return Request for Order #12345 Dear Monki Shop Team, I’d like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#12345). Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label if you’re in the US. International customers should use the original packaging and ship to:

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

We process returns within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Free shipping promotions will have return shipping deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired size/color
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International Returns

Global trendsetters should:

  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL/FedEx)
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Include all original paperwork

We don’t refund original international shipping costs or any return shipping fees.
